Blonde hair color provides a softer look and is best for most southern women. There are many shades of blonde. Mousy brown hair with no color is the least flattering to one's skin. All hair color should be matched with skin and eye tones. Hair that is too dark draws attention to dark circles, fine lines and skin that is losing its power. The wrong hair color for one's skin can make skin look sallow, washed out and/or ruddy. As one ages skin color and texture change.
