WHAT MAKES A GOOD STYLIST

To be a good stylist there are many qualities
one must possess to look at your client and
recognize what he or she needs to look their
best. As a stylist one must assess height,
body shape, features, length of hair, texture
of hair, and color of hair. After this analysis,
the stylist then must be able to envision
what's best for the individual client.
After a stylist has the vision for the changes
needed, then talent and good taste play the
next act. Remember you're not only buying
talent, you're hopefully paying for good
taste. A stylist must know what's current in
hair and fashion. Hair is the accessory to
fashion. One must be able to direct the client
to his or her needs in a modern look that
compliments the client.
Your stylist should help move you forward
with your style, while staying tastefully
current. The goal of your stylist is to help
keep you looking your best. One must
change as life changes us. Is your stylist
